CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY, March 20, 2010—The number of persons with the dreaded disease AIDS in this commercial capital of Northern Mindanao has shoot up to eight (8), the chairman of the City Council Committee on Health said.
Councilor Dante Pajo said the youngest of the victims is 21 years old while the oldest is in his 40s.
